How does the coupons work? I assumed (assumptions = the mother of all failures) that a coupon could only be used once per computer and thus gave the same coupon code to several customers but it doesn't work.
I now guess that it is actually a one time code and if I want to give the same discount to several customers they have to get an individual code.
I could not find any information in the documentation. How does it work?
The problem I want to solve is that I shoot groups (dog training classes) and I offer them three free photos (Facebook-resolution) and they have to pay for the rest. I tried the package solution to give them the three FB-pics but I cannot (don't know how to) limit that package deal to a one time opportunity.

as far as I remember, a coupon works like a customer credit. If you issue a coupon for $100, the customer can use the coupon code until the $100 is used up or until the expiration date has passed.
You will need to create a coupon code for each customer.
