TTG plubsher Blacklight and CE4

I just getting started with organizing a new Backlight based site. Parallel I maintain a CE4 based site.

Can I use the TTG-Publisher.lrplugin for Backlight and CE4?
I noticed this new Backlight one does not work while having de CE4 publisher lrplugin (stil) installed.

when you install the new Publisher plug-in, it should  take over the CE4 version. In fact, you should now just see TTG Publisher rather than TTG-CE4-Publisher

Now I understand, it works in Blacklight and the CE4 surrounding..
I gonna build en convert tot Blacklight
