Re: Login

Are you talking about your own site or theturninggate.net to re-download your order?

Re: Login

I am confused. There is no need for you to log into theturninggate.net; there's no login function for customers. If you're looking at the documentation wiki, then it's read-only for you; the login is for editors (i.e. me and Ben).

If you need to re-download an order, you can do that from the Support page.

Re: Login

I've just reread last November's circular which explains things: "•    Our account with the FetchApp distribution platform will be terminated, meaning that any purchase made prior to February 1, 2016 will no longer be downloadable.".

No problems - thanks for your help.
