Confused: In Backlight cart only one product of two available

Hi!

I have again similar problem as I had previously, but this time the digital download product is available, not prints.

Hi!

There are two products (in Finnish) in my cart: Digital download and print outs. When I'm adding a photo to cart there is for some reason only one product available, and that is digital download. Previously I had similar problem, but then the only available product was digital download.

What could be a reason for this?

My pricing scheme (Perushinnasto 2017) has both products, prints and digital download, included.
The correct pricing profile in integrated to my album.

Integration
Enable Cart: yes
Cart Pricing Profile: Perushinnasto 2017
Enable Client Response: no

I have also republished my album many times.

Hi Markku, can you share a login so that we can see the gallery?

Try visiting http://www.kuvauspalvelurintala.fi/valo … t/?a=reset in the same browser that you're viewing the gallery in, to reset the cart from the customer's perspective.

Thanks Markku.  I see what you mean, but can't tell why the products aren't all there.  Can you email me a Backlight admin login (using the Email link in my signature) so that I can look into this?

Hi Markku, thanks for the login.  I've found the problem.  The prints can't be added because the shipping methods for physical products are incomplete.
To fix this, log into Backlight, visit Cart > Pricing > Shipping, and edit each of the three shipping methods marked as Incomplete.  For each, review the prices and change as needed and click 'Save'.
Once done, visit http://www.kuvauspalvelurintala.fi/valo … t/?a=reset in the browser you are using to test, to clear the shopping cart from the customer's perspective.  (this link is also available under Special Links on the page by clicking 'Cart' when in Backlight)
