How to control width of 'compressed page' menu

Don't know what it's called, but in Windows, if your web page browser window is resized smaller, the menu buttons are replaced by a single button.
When that is clicked, the menus appear in a fairly wide strip. Can that width be controlled somewhere?

Sorry, I meant the actual width of the mobile menu, not when it happens.
Oh I see - under there are those settings.
Thanks!
