Album set in a page breaks the menus.

If I insert an album set in a page as soon as the set is visited the menu breaks and produces a 404.

This does not happen if I insert an album.

Clicking on the page banner resets this behaviour.

I've set up the site to demonstrate the problem. http://www.petesphotos.click

I saw your sticky post about guest access but am not sure how I advise you what the password is...

Re: Album set in a page breaks the menus.

Visiting the site, I'm not seeing any problem.

By way of generic suggestions, it looks to me like you're not using our .htaccess file. More than likely, that's your problem. You'll find it in the zip package for either Backlight + Pages bundle, or the standalone Pages Add-on. Likely invisible by default, so you'll need to set your FTP client to show invisible files, then copy that to your site in accordance with our setup guide.

Thank you Matthew.

Loading the .htaccess file worked.

Problem resolved

Hi Pete,
Just FYI on the guest credentials. If you don’t know the guest password.
http://backlight.theturninggate.net/doc … _passwords
Or
Log in to Backlight and click on Manage Users.
Under Guest, click on Edit.
The password field will be blank. Just create a new password.
