So - I've been running cart verson 3.1.3 for ages but wanted to add digital downloads as packages. So yesterday I upgraded to version 3.1.4. The upgrade looks as though it's worked (I got a message when I went into ttg-be/admin and the cart version is showing as 3.1.4.
I've added products to the packages and reset the cart and double checked that I've got the correct pricing scheme, but the packages aren't showing up at all as an option when I go to add an item to the cart.
If I add a pricing scheme with only packages included (I've called the scheme "testpackage") I noticed that one of the packages is showing twice?
Loading a gallery with this scheme selected, if I click on the cart icon nothing happens, so it looks like something isn't being picked up somewhere.
Any ideas please?

Packages are not available when adding an individual item to the cart. You need to enabled the Packages button for the gallery, and use that to add a package. Have you done this?

So - I have the "display add package to cart button" checked in the gallery template and I've uploaded the template files to ttg-be/templates/gallery/
I've reset the cart.
Still no add package option showing?

I haven't looked at the CE4 plugins in a long time -- we're all about Backlight these days -- but if I remember correctly, it should be an option in Lightroom's Web module when designing your gallery template, under the section for setting up the cart features for your gallery.

After updating and uploading the template, did you also reset the Cart from the Carf Dashboard in TTG-be?

Thanks Rod! Resetting the cart fixed it.
Matthew, we'll be upgrading to Backlight later this year!
