500 Internal Server Error

My CE3 Publisher has been running fine for quite some time until today.  I purchased Backlight, followed the instructions completely and still receive the 500 Internal Server Error.  The files and images are uploading to the /galleries folder but the pages will not load.

I'm on Bluehost.

Thanks in advance for any insight.

Re: 500 Internal Server Error

Can you be more specific as to your installation? Do you still have old CE3 files in place? Did you upload the unzipped backlight/ folder to the root of the site?
Are you still using CE3 Publisher or did you install and are using the Backlight Publisher?
What is the URL to the site?

Re: 500 Internal Server Error

Hi Rod, sorry and thanks for your help..

Yes, the CE3 files are all still in place.
Backlight folder is in the root as per the online instructions.
I am using the Backlight Publisher
I am only using backlight for the CRG functions, not for my whole site.
Here's a sample that was working fine yesterday.  http://www.eliturner.com/galleries/2017 … portraits/

I just realized that all the files are uploading to the FTP folders from LR with no problem.  Maybe this is Bluehost issue.

Re: 500 Internal Server Error

Have you removed your install?  I'm not seeing any sign of Backlight or your galleries.

If this problem persists, can you provide me with a Backlight admin login, and preferably FTP access, using the Email link under my name?
