I would like to know if there is a possibility to add a description to the <meta property="og:description"content=""/> tag on the page that gathers the galleries like this one: http://phoneographie.com/galleries/

the folder does not have to be named 'galleries'. You can name it anything you want.
Change the name on the server via FTP.
then go to Backlight > Publisher > Top Level Galleries.
Click on the name of the top level galleries folder
Click on Edit Properties
Change the directory name
Make sure you also make the change to the Top-Level Galleries folder in Publisher (Lightroom)
