Gallery Location Problem

Hello,

I have my main site working fine. For some time now.

I have a smaller site. As a sub-domain on the main site. I transferred it from CE4 to Backlight today. I have some tweaks to make, but I have a problem that I can't get past, and never saw before. I migrated the CE4 over to Backlight and if I go to a specific album, works fine. I cannot get to the main gallery page. I get a red bordered error that says

"Something went wrong. The template could not be found for id 2 in GalleryDeegate.php on line 284."

Have no clue what to do.

The site is stuffbyjack.com/oneview/galleries

Thanks,

Jack

Re: Gallery Location Problem

does the template assigned to the galleries page top-level gallery (Publisher > Top-level galleries > Galleries) exist?

Re: Gallery Location Problem

Rod,

It was not. It was selected in the edit screen however. I re-saved it and it now it shows now. And goes to the gallery page now.

Thanks a bunch.

2 other quick things.

I selected the hyperlink in the masthead to be off. But It still hyperlinks to the home page.

Also how can I get rid of the 3 bar menu pull down in the upper left corner of the screen?

Thanks again.,

Jack

look at the mobile breakpoint on Page Layout. If it's larger than your browser window then you'll get the mobile menu (three lines)
Try setting it to something like 1024px

not sure about the hyperlinked masthead. Try clearing template cache and browser cache

Re: Gallery Location Problem

Rod,

I lowered the breakout setting to the lowest. That works on the desktop and iPad, but not on iPhone.

When the 3 line menu goes away the masthead hyperlink stops working too.

Except for the iPhone.

Re: Gallery Location Problem

those three lines represent the mobile menu. it's a space saver since most navigation menus would take up too much space on the iphone. When you tap on it, the tray appears with the full navigation menu.
