I downloaded Auto Index, CE Pages, and CE Gallery, now what?

I need some help. I am trying to make a new website and downloaded the three programs above. I got one, then realized I needed the other, then the next, and I cannot figure out how to make anything work. I made an Autoindex page that looks decent, then a gallery page, but I have no idea how to upload any of it. I have been using Lightroom to upload my site in the past and I am at a point where I do not want to buy any more plugins or learn any new programs. I know it is not ideal, but is there a way to do this with what I have? I uploaded the Auto index page to the site: www.berndreinhardt.com/trial and I get this jumbled mess. Am I supposed to upload the Auto index first?

Re: I downloaded Auto Index, CE Pages, and CE Gallery, now what?

Sorry, I had reverted to my old site. Now the jumbled mess is up again. So I uploaded a gallery to www.berndreinhardt.com/trial through LR, then I uploaded my Auto Index to the same address also through LR, and no I get this strange looking site. What do I need to do?

Start with CE4 Pages; then you can dump Auto Index and Gallery exports into the /galleries folder as much as you like. Easy.
