Pre-sales questions

Is it possible to have a gallery style with one large image & gallery thumbnails beside (or underneath) the main image?

I am planning to build a wordpress site for a friend potentially using 'CE4 Blog & Galleries Bundle' obviously I need all the components installed on my computer but they will need to be able to update the galleries from their lightroom - would I have to buy a second copy of CE4 Publisher for them to use?

Re: Pre-sales questions

You could use the Galleria slide show available in CE4 Stage. With it, you can have a large image slide show with or without the thumbnails beneath.
Matt's demo gallery (without thumbnails) is here: http://ce4.theturninggate.net/demos/ce4 … slideshow/

and one with thumbnails: http://ce4.barbeephoto.com/galleries/stage-galleria/

you can also include image info with the main images. And the large image size is adjustable with an option to go full-screen.

However, with this gallery you can't sell individual images via the Cart. You'll need to use CE4 Gallery for that. You can see the layout options for CE4 Gallery here: http://ce4.theturninggate.net/demos/01-ce4-gallery/

Publisher managed albums can only be managed by one Lightroom catalog. In other words, if you set up their site from your catalog, they won't be able to manage it from theirs.
So you'd need to set it up from their catalog, which means they'd also need Publisher on their computer. From the EULA, it looks like they would need a license too, but Matt can elaborate on that.
And if your friend ever wants to change the design from his or her computer, then they'd also need the other plug-ins.
