Migration Problem - Lightroom Is partially frozen

I migrated my CE3 Publish Services to a CE4 Publish Service.

I got the success message in Lightroom. But I cannot clear that message (the albums go off the bottom of the screen) or scroll in that message. The rest of LR is partially frozen. I get some LR menu items, but quoting LR is grayed out.

Any help would be appreciated.

I checked my web site all appears OK with the new CE4 stuff working.

I do not want to force quit LR for concerns of breaking something.

OK. I hit the return key and it cleared the screen. It appears I am OK now.

It was not obvious to do that however.
