Is it autoindex? Site not working

After hours of work trying to migrate from CE3 to CE4 I decided to start from scratch. Clean install after deleting my entire site. I made new templates for autoindex, gallery, pages and uploaded. the TTG BE was installed first. I use publisher to create sets and albums. Everything seems to be working fine. But opening my site gives the Home page fine, clicking on Galleries looks fine, but clicking on a set within the Galleries page does not give the albums, although they are in the Galleries folder on the site. I get this error message:

Warning: realpath(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/customers/6/6/1/fdrent.nl) is not within the allowed path(s): (/customers/6/6/1/fdrent.nl/httpd.www:/customers/6/6/1/fdrent.nl/httpd.private:/customers/6/6/1/fdrent.nl/tmp:/customers/fdrent.nl/fdrent.nl:/var/www/diagnostics:/usr/share/php) in /customers/6/6/1/fdrent.nl/httpd.www/galleries/straatfotografie/lib.php on line 28 session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /customers/6/6/1/fdrent.nl/httpd.www/galleries/straatfotografie/lib.php:28)|#0 [internal function]: ErrorHandler::handleError(2, 'session_start()...', '/customers/6/6/...', 94, Array) #1 /customers/6/6/1/fdrent.nl/httpd.www/ttg-be/framework/init.php(94): session_start() #2 /customers/6/6/1/fdrent.nl/httpd.www/galleries/straatfotografie/lib.php(73): require_once('/customers/6/6/...') #3 /customers/6/6/1/fdrent.nl/httpd.www/galleries/straatfotografie/index.php(3): require_once('/customers/6/6/...') #4 {main}|URL: /galleries/straatfotografie/index.php

Clicking on the about (over mij) works fine, but clicking on contact gives the same error message. Also an error message for search (zoeken).
Can anybody please help? I have been working on it for hours.
The site is www.fdrent.nl

Re: Is it autoindex? Site not working

Hi Frans, this looks to be an issue with your host's server configuration.  It's best that you contact your host's technical support, and tell them you have a PHP error in attempting to access /customers/6/6/1/fdrent.nl.
Something for you to check: is there a directory at /customers/6/6/1/fdrent.nl/tmp ?  That's where your server is configured to save sessions.  It may be worth trying to create that directory if it doesn't exist.

Re: Is it autoindex? Site not working

I contacted my provider, but he told me that I should turn off the php error messages! It was not even on. So not much help there. They refuse to turn off the open_basedir restriction!
I made a tmp directory but it did not work. Strange thing is that everything with CE3 worked fine. So I am helpless now. Worked for two days and I do not have a working internetsite anymore. I don't know what to do.

They refuse to turn off the open_basedir restriction!

time for new hosting?

Strange thing is that everything with CE3 worked fine.

Maybe not so strange. With CE4's new back end, some things are fundamentally different. Many of the errors reported on the forum seem to center around server configurations and ttg-be.

Re: Is it autoindex? Site not working

Hello Rod,

I"ve just paid for an extra year at my host. But I sure will go to another one next year.
With the latest updates could my problems be solved or is it still a problem at the host?

I don't know

some hosts will refund unused time. Go Daddy did that for me when I switched to Bluehost

Re: Is it autoindex? Site not working

We have made a silent update to the Publisher that works around this issue. If you download the publisher files again (with the 203b zip file), then replace the ttg-be/publisher/application directory.  After doing so, visit the Publisher Dashboard, and click on the link 'Update Album Files'.  This copies over an updated copy of lib.php to every album you have.  The error should then be gone.

Re: Is it autoindex? Site not working

Ok, thanks. I will try later this weekend. I have just reuploaded with CE3 my site so I take a rest for now.
