Account locked!
Trying to access pideja.ca/tnm/backlight but somehow lost my password. After a few attempts at "guessing," I am now locked out of my account.
I now think I remembered the password, but the account is locked, so I can't get in!
Still waiting for the email that should let me back in.

I finally logged in and after updating my password, I tried to update the modules but received this message:
The installer was unable to connect to the server: https://get.theturninggate.net/install/has_backlight/

Seems my order ID or email is not accepted.
As a matter of fact, this error message is displayed BEFORE I fill in the boxes and persist after I fill in the appropriate info.

Wait a few minutes and try again. This happened to me the other day and a bit later, everything was okay.

Well, after over an hour waiting, I still can't get the modules to update. Same error message!

The SSL certificate hadn’t auto-renewed as it’s set up to. It’s back up.

The next update of Backlight will provide better messaging on where update issues lie (e.g. incorrect order details, can't connect to the server, server can't connect to SendOwl).

This morning, about twelve hours after the last try at logging into the update module, I successfully updated all modules and went ahead with the changes and edits I wanted to do without further problem.
