I do not see a installer directory (?)
/httpdocs/backlight contains:

env.php.skel
.htaccess
<>modules
<>data
<>custom

in your unzipped download you'll see a folder named backlight/ . Inside of this folder is the installer/ folder

Super, that solved the issue [I did the install in March, but had some issues with the php rel, first too low, then too high (old CE4 is still active), 5.6 works fine. In between, all data was also moved to another server .... sounds we missed something!]
