Mail not getting thru

On this site pideja.ca/danlev, the CONTACT page looks good but the mail is not reaching the recipient.
In BACKLIGHT SETTINGS, I set the site and the vendor email to the intended recipient's email address. But the mail never reaches the destination.
Are there other settings to set?

Re: Mail not getting thru

Are those email addresses associated with the domain?

Re: Mail not getting thru

I was not aware that the mail response message address had to be on my domain. So, I cannot have an address that is
on another hosting or domain and not on my domain (pideja.ca).

Re: Mail not getting thru

you might try the other method (smtp) if you have that info from the email provider

If it differs from the domain, you significantly increase the chances you will be flagged as spam, and that the message will not reach its destination.

Re: Mail not getting thru

I changed the smtp setting to the one I use for my IMAP mail account and it works!

Thanks for the help.
