CSS styling of links in "Main Copy"

If I want to underline links ONLY on the "Main Copy" of the album (not, for example, the navigation) could I do that with custom CSS? What might be the syntax?

You don't need custom css for that. You can set that in the page template in the Typography section.

Scroll down to Base Font Properties. You'll see Hyperlinks. Underneath that is text decoration.
