Hi, is there a way to let the navigation bar (menu) slide down like on this website?

Sure.
In your page template, under Top Pallet, turn on Has Height on Desktop
Under Navigation > Horizontal Navigation: Location, place the navigation in the Top Pallet.

Oh, thank you. But it is not possible under the masthead? It would be nice to scroll down and after a short scroll up the navigation bar will appear, also below the masthead.

I like this idea! Have a look at https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_j … scroll.asp, it shows a solution using a combination of CSS and JavaScript.
