I have 2 Feedback Profiles.

Commenting (on Album Spreads)
I have recently created Album and set it to Profile 2 in LR under:
Edit Album> Integration Tab > Client Response > Stand Alone Feedback Profile
however the album is using Profile 1.
After trying a few different things I found it only happens when the album is Private - Requires Client Account and Access
The other two Protected & Public work fine and use Profile 2

The link you included is for a Private album requiring an access code. I think you meant to include a link to a Client Managed album?
Regardless, you may have found a bug.
I just ran a test to try to replicate. I have three Feedback Profiles: Default, cr profile 1, and cr profile 2.
I created couple of CR albums and am managing them with Client Response (Private - Requires Client Account and Access).
I assign cr profile 1 to the album. But after logging in to the album I can see it's using the Default profile.
I changed to cr profile 2 and it's still using the Default profile.
This is happening using both Lightroom and Backlight Publishing.
Private, access code controlled albums use the correct feedback profile though.

Found out what the issue is. For Client Managed albums, those that are Private-Requires Client Account and Access, you need to set the profile in the Assign Albums page:
Backlight > Users > Clients > click on "Assign Albums" for a particular client. Then you can assign feedback profiles for individual albums.
Looks like the profile assignment in the album set up, whether in Lightroom or Backlight, is only for non-CR managed albums.
