Presume I have created a number of albums within the top-level "Galleries" folder. These were all created online with BL2 without using LR. Later on, I decide to better organize those existing albums within new album sets.
Is it possible to move an album into a new set without deleting and then recreating it?

Look at the first setting called "Parent" under your Album's Base Settings Section. This lets you move albums around.

No worries. It's not at all obvious, I'm afraid. There's room for improvement in the usability of the Publisher section of Backlight.
