Missing Graphics

Hi All,

After a long break from Backlight and Cart, I've decided to give it another shot.

I seem to be missing be missing graphics like logo's shopping cart icons, background images. Obviously, I uploaded the custom files (logo and background file) via the "Uploaded Images" section, but none are accessible.

URL is: www.simonjameswilliams.co.uk/galleries

One other thing that I am sure is relative is the links refer to pages that don't exist - for example, http://www.simonjameswilliams.co.uk/gal … galleries/

Thanks in advance all for any help.
Simon

Re: Missing Graphics

it looks to me like you might have the wrong Site URL entered in Settings. Can you check that? It should be http://www.simonjameswilliams.co.uk

If you're also using Pages, make sure you've uploaded the index.php and .htaccess files indicated in the installation docs.

Re: Missing Graphics

Tried that Rod - same results.

I've had a nightmare this time ... gave up on a sub domain and now going to direct people to www.simonjameswilliams.co.uk/galleries/

Still no images though ...

Re: Missing Graphics

You could also try just '/' for your site URL. It looks like it keeps appending (or prepending) your www. address to each address.

Re: Missing Graphics

There seems to be something off with your setup as all the menus are pointing to a wrong address and some CSS includes can't be found either.

Re: Missing Graphics

Tried the "/" option too -- I am more than happy to let someone log in - should I PM someone?

Thanks chaps...

Re: Missing Graphics

Hi Simon,

I sent you back an email. Site navigation is working now.

You may need to republish your "Eric" album. The thumbnails are all blank white and there is no link to the larger images.

Make sure your Publisher API URL in LIghtroom is

http://www.simonjameswilliams.co.uk/backlight/publisher/

EDIT: the white thumbs (greyscale in Chrome and other browsers) were due to the campagna.css file being used for a custom stylesheet.
