Re: Change webshop path

What is your setup like now (a link always helps)?
Is Backlight installed in /shop ?

Re: Change webshop path

is there anything in webshop/ ?
I see that right now, webshop/ redirects to webshop-update/
You'll need to get rid of that.

If webshop/ is empty you could move everything from shop/ to webshop/. Then login to Backlight and change the site url in Settings.

If webshop/ no longer exists, change the name of shop/ to webshop/. Then login to Backlight and change the site url in Settings.

Re: Change webshop path

Webshop is gone indeed so can change the path only then. Should be enough to change name in LR also?

Re: Change webshop path

Everything looks okay now. Links are working.
Only thing not working right now is the cart. As soon as I want to drop a product in the cart there is no popup for the cart.

Try for example add something from http://www.circuitpics.nl/webshop/galle … 2016/rood/

Re: Change webshop path

I see. No "View Cart" button.
Can you repost this to its own topic? That way Ben will be more likely to see it and others having the same issue will be able to find it easier.

Re: Change webshop path

The necessary elements are in the page source code, and I'm seeing no JS errors in the console. I would guess there's something choking on the back end of things, with totals calculating.

I see you're using European notation for prices, i.e. "55,00". We have a setting to display values as such on your albums, but you would still need to create your profiles using standard notation, i.e. "55.00". Can you confirm the latter in your pricing profiles?

Hi Matt,
I checked the above. I have no prices defined with the "," . All are done with the "."
I have created like Rod requested a new post for this. Also emailed Ben with login details. Would you like to have a look aswell?

Closing this as I had re-opened the thread that Matt had closed.  I had misunderstood this topic - It's been a long week.
