Re: Error 12152

Is this through Publisher or the Backlight upload feature?

If Publisher, you may need to edit your php.ini file to increase upload limits. (upload_max_filesize)

Re: Error 12152

Hi Dan
I believe is in the publisher
There are about 200 pictures, but I think I have already looked at more than 300 images ...

Where can I find the php.ini
In the publisher or backlight?

Re: Error 12152

The php.ini file should be in the root of your site and is accessible your FTP software. If you don't see php.ini, you may need to have one created by your host.
(Go into your host's C-panel and look for something like "php config". )

download the file to your computer via FTP and edit it using a plain text editor. Do a "find" for upload_max_filesize and increase the limit. Mine is set to 64M and I have no problems.

if you can't find your php.ini file or can't create one, contact your host and ask them to increase the upload limit.
