Wrapping Text in Album Name

Is there a setting that allows the text in in album name to wrap to two lines like it did in CE3? Backlight appears to have a limited number of spaces and then puts "..." at the end.

it depends on the layout option you choose for the album set. Descriptive, Masonry, and Iconic allow for wrapping.
There's also a setting in the Album Set designer under Thumbnails to limit the number of characters
