I can create an acct from the admin page of CRG (CE4) and assign an album. However, when the user logs in, they don't see anything. Please help

Re: Client Access

we'll need to have something to look at. Can you post  a link with any necessary credentials?
If the client album is sensitive, you can create a non-sensitive temporary album for this, as long as it exhibits the same problems.

Also make sure that guest access to ttg-be is enabled and either leave the credentials at the default guest/ttg8888 or post the guest access credentials

I jsut updated from LR3.6 and TTG Highslide Gallery Pro to using LR6 and bought the TTG CRG bundle. I think I have it all up and running but like the original poster I get the gallery page but no images.

Re: Client Access

I can access your ttg-be using the guest credentials, but I don't know what credentials you've set up to access the gallery you posted. It requires an email address and password

Re: Client Access

are you using the default album that appears in Publisher? If so, delete it and try creating a new album.

Re: Client Access

I think Ben will need to look into this. The page looks like it's breaking right at the beginning of the primary content area, which I believe is controlled by Publisher.
It looks like your server has all the right modules enabled, though it looks a little different than mine. So there may be some server issues.
See this page and send an email to Ben: http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku … g_for_help
He'll likely need admin access to ttg-be

Re: Client Access

I wanted to circle back on this and say that I have resolved the issue.

I created a new PHP webapp on my server, separate from my main page and moved the TTG directories in. logging in under the new app URL the pages load with the images.

Thanks for the help.
