I am eligible for a discounted upgrade from C3 to CE4 as reflected by the TXT file attached to my CE3 order (result of the execution of "Look up your order on this page")
However at checkout, I cannot enter the discount code.
What to do to enter the upgrade discount code?

It may be that since CE4 is now nearly a year and a half old, that the discount window has closed.
But you should contact Matt directly to make sure

2015 discounts have expired; there are presently no discounts in our system.
