I receive an internal error each time I try to authenticate publisher. I have check locations, reloaded several times. Dumped CE3 entirely and started over, and still can't get publisher to authenticate.
This is the message:

I also don't have the icon in the panel.

That looks like some extra code has crept in somewhere. Can you message or email me your API URL and key, so that I can look at the exact response your server is giving?
