How can I control the styling of the Blog Post Titles?
i.e size, colour, bold, underline

Typography settings in the Site Info control pane affect all headings on the page, including post titles. If you want to modify post titles separate from other headings in your design, then you may need to use custom CSS via PHPlugins (which is pretty easy to do).
