Open the album in the gallery takes 10-15 seconds

I think it takes a very long time before the pages are opened, if I click on the Galleries takes nearly 5 seconds before I enter the gallery. When I click on the album, it takes between 12-15 seconds before the album appears.
It is quite frustrating for my customers. Why does it take so long time?

Try to go to www.sportfoton.se and click on the Galleries (take time)
When you're on the Galleries page click on an Album (take time) sometimes it goes faster,
but usually it takes between 12-15 seconds to open an album .

A lot will depend on your hosting.
Are you on a shared hosting plan? If so, you might want to look into a plan that gives you more bandwidth. Especially if your business depends on fast responses from your pages.

I just clicked around your site a bit on hotel wifi here in Osaka, and no problem that I can see. Things load as well as I think they should, without undue waiting.

Re: Open the album in the gallery takes 10-15 seconds

I bring up this thread again, then the problem has become worse. Today, it takes about 30 seconds from I click on the gallery to the page opens. Before I started using TTG plugin, I experienced not any delays when I walked into my gallery.
Try it yourself to go to www.sportfoton.se and then click Gallery.
Is there any way to solve this?

Break your Galleries page into smaller collections, I suppose. On load, the auto index script scans your gallery folders, fetching information to build the listing. The more galleries you load into a single page, the longer it takes to build that page.

How to solve this most easily? it is enough that I create an Album Sets and puts them most pictures there?

That's what I would do.

Re: Open the album in the gallery takes 10-15 seconds

I just poked around your galleries and it didn't take any longer than about 15 seconds to load any of them, and I'm on moderate speed dsl.

Did you ever look into dedicated hosting?
