Order Information

Is there a way to delete processed orders from the server?  I can't see a way in the cart admin,  after I have processed the orders and printed a copy of the details I don't see a need to keep the client information on the server.

Re: Order Information

You'd need to do that from the database

Re: Order Information

you need to access the database to do this. Don't delete anything from /ttg-be/data/cart. That will make you sad.
here's how: http://ttg-tips-and-tricks.barbeephoto. … -database/

Before making any changes, I suggest backing up the database just in case you accidentally click on something that ruins your life. You can do that simply by downloading the .sq3 file it to your local computer via ftp. The file is located at /ttg-be/data/cart/orders.sq3

Once you're in the phpLiteAdmin dashboard, look in the left sidebar under Change Database and click on cart/orders.sq3
on the next page under the Structure tab in the main area, click on customer_orders table link
Scroll down to the order you want to delete and click the Delete link
