Cart

Trying to install the cart.

Got to the stage:

"Login to the TTG-BE admin, then navigate to the Cart admin via the Dashboard menu.

"Under the Settings menu, select Cart Settings. Here you may configure various aspects of CE4 Cart, the first of which should be: under Personalization, please select a gallery template for use."

All I get is:

"Create the directory ../cart_data and set the permissions to 755 or 777, then refresh page to continue."

I've checked and double checked, I've made sure everything is copied across, so I think this time I really do need your help! Please.

[All folders have permissions set to 755 then 777 then back to 755.]

[It worked under CE3.]

Re: Cart

Created cart_data on same level as cart within ttg-be and now get:

Re: Cart

No idea what you're on about, Dave. We haven't released CE4 Cart yet.

If you're trying to install CE3 Cart into a CE4 website, then you're wasting your time.

Re: Cart

Also, that last message doesn't sound good.  It means the hard drive is full.  That's something you'll need to take up with your host's technical support.

So there's no point installing CE4 yet then!

Re: Cart

your CE3 galleries will still work with CE3 cart and there's a tool for moving publisher managed albums from CE3 Publisher control to CE4 Publisher control when you're ready.

You could get started now on CE4 design and probably be all ready to go when the cart is release (soon, I hear)
