Rod, you are right. It is all working now after I uploading a template into the autoindex folder. Thanks very much for your assistance.

I'm trying to create albums for an Album Set. Here is the error message I get after I click on the Album Set thumbnail on my galleries page.

Unable to find ./../../ttg-be/publisher/application/../../templates/autoindex//setup.xml

Thanks Rod, but how closely does the Autoindex  I export have to match with the template I have already exported to templates? In other words, what relationship does an Autoindex for upload have with my existing templates that I have already uploaded?

Hi,

I love this TTG software and have used more and more of it for a long time now. I've simply been uploading new galleries to my /galleries folder. I mainly use publisher and the cart. I have never used Auto Index but want to start now as I've got a shoot coming up where I might have to have password protected mini galleries for an unknown number of clients. There is an autoindex and a gallery folder in the templates directory on my server but the autoindex folder is completely empty.
I have read heaps but just can't seem to get my head around what goes in that autoindex folder and how it gets into the folder. Help will be appreciated.

Regards,
Bren

Ben, you have nailed it. To be honest I could not follow your instructions as I wasn't sure what you wanted me to log into. But I saw under the product area that the download director was as you said. So I entered another virtual product with the photos-for-purchase as the download directory and that has worked. The only thing I need to do is to delete that product with the wrong folder info and there is no "delete" option next to it. Any ideas?

Thanks for helping out Ben. I uploaded a plain named jpg but still got the same message. I also checked the photos-for-purchase folder and there were identically named files in there. Any more thoughts please?

Hi everyone,
I've setup a test gallery using publisher & autoindex. I've put a couple of photos in for digital download only. When I click on the add to cart button I get the message "No products are available for purchase". I've read through a lot of the documents and support pages regarding CE4 cart but can't get over this issue.

My site is http://www.topshotstudio.com.au/galleries/.

Could some of you talented people please check it out to see what setting I've stuffed up?
Regards,
Bren
