#1 Re: CE4 Cart » Digital Download » 2017-05-24 09:51:18

ok great, thank you, I've emailed you the links

#2 Re: CE4 Cart » Digital Download » 2017-05-24 07:42:53

my package consists of multiple products some that need shipping and the digital negative that doesn't since I can just email it to them, when i go under pricing in the manage charges and change it to 0.00, it still pops up with the 10 dollar shipping charge.

I can send you the site if you'd like, not sure what to do honestly sorry

#3 Re: CE4 Cart » Digital Download » 2017-05-20 08:09:31

Sorry, the question is if I want to include a digital negative and not have it include shipping since I can email it to them, how do I include that into my pricing to not have it include the shipping charge?

If I have package pricing, and include an option for digital download, is there a way to not include the shipping for the digital download only?

#6 Re: CE4 Cart » Pricing Schemes » 2017-05-01 11:37:19

#8 Re: CE4 Cart » Pricing Schemes » 2017-05-01 10:26:14

one last questions, since I messed up the cart, if you accidentally put in the wrong pricing scheme name, is there a way to replace it in the php? I couldn't seem to find it and now am rebuilding the whole site because I'm an idiot and can't spell lol

#9 Re: CE4 Cart » Pricing Schemes » 2017-04-28 09:35:25

hi guys, so i was able to create the cart and packages, i was wondering is there a way to force the packages to pop up when you click on the cart icon on the picture? and then after they select the package they want have the extras pop up to select single photos etc? I'm not sure how to do it.

Thanks for always helping!

#11 Re: CE4 Publisher » Publisher and Cart » 2017-04-27 12:18:56

hmmm sorry maybe this is a question for this part of the forum, but when using LR Publisher Module, how do you make it so it can be accessed like CRG with a password and with that login page? Is that possible?

#13 Re: CE4 Publisher » Publisher and Cart » 2017-04-27 11:41:45

strange, it works in another browser and not firefox, must be stuck in cache, I have another cart question but I guess I should post that in the cart portion of the forum

No products are available for purchase
Please try again later, or contact the photographer if this problem persists.

Hi sorry if this has been posted but I can't seem to find it.

I was wondering if I have multiple price packages with X amount of photos to choose from is that something that the cart can do?

Ex.

Package 1 - 1 pose and group shot
Package 2 - 2 poses and group shot
Package 3 - 3 poses and group shot

Is there a way that when they choose the package to only allow the package # limit? so package 3 gives you 4 photos and only allow them to choose 4 photos and if they want more they need to choose another package?

Again sorry if this has already been posted

Thanks
Pat

Should I email Ben directly or is he attached to this and will respond?

Hi, I've been able to upload galleries with no issues for a long time until now.

I've gotten two issues that seem to pop up

1) was a time out issue

2) now it's another issue after speaking with godaddy and they switched me from a Singapore server(no clue why there) to a NA server...current error message below

Can’t update this collection.
Unable to perform action: uploadRendition.

Server response:

{"message":"The album could not be found for id 19235"}

if I can't fix this quickly is there a way to export the gallery and upload it via an ftp to get the same login capabilites as i do with publisher?

Thanks for the help
