#1 CE4 Client Response Gallery » Problem with Client Response Gallery » 2015-03-30 03:01:51

Hi,
i just bought the Client response Gallery and installed everything as requested in the documentation including the update of ttg-be.
But now, if i enter my website - http://schmidt-photo.com - i get the error message, that the cart is not available at the moment.
Clicking on this message makes it disappear and the page is black. Then, clicking on this blank black page finally my Galleries Page (Autoindex) pops up. Now, from here just a white blank page appears if i try to enter a section...

When i try to log in into the BE i receive this message:

include_once(/homepages/6/d205716468/htdocs/Photo/ttg-be/framework/lib/markdown.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied|#0 /homepages/6/d205716468/htdocs/Photo/ttg-be/admin/application/init.php(6): ErrorHandler::handleError(2, 'include_once(/h...', '/homepages/6/d2...', 6, Array) #1 /homepages/6/d205716468/htdocs/Photo/ttg-be/admin/application/init.php(6): include_once() #2 /homepages/6/d205716468/htdocs/Photo/ttg-be/framework/init.php(112): include_once('/homepages/6/d2...') #3 /homepages/6/d205716468/htdocs/Photo/ttg-be/admin/index.php(17): require_once('/homepages/6/d2...') #4 {main}|URL: /ttg-be/admin/index.php

So, my complete Site is not available at the moment and i don´t have any idea, what is wrong.

Anybody out there can help me with this mess?

Thank you 1000 times,

Bernhard

Meanwhile still working to solve my problems described above:

i did upload the following files one more time into the ttg-be file on my server:
- admin
- framework
- crg
- cart

Now, i still receive this message:
"Shopping cart is currently not available"

Then what has changed to the above is:
- the problem which the blank page is gone
- i´m able log in into the BE, but here only the Admin Settings are available - no cart, no publisher, no crg settings
- in LR, when i want to change anything in a gallery via Publisher i receive this message: Error performing function. (Code: 500)

So, something must have gone wrong with the publisher.?
Do i need to replace the whole ttg-be, publisher and cart folders or may there be a better solution?

Thank you very much!

Hi,

i´m using CE4 publisher on my website www.schmidt-photo.com, built with CE4 Pages.
Everything works fine so far.

I do run another website on the same level of my server - www.photograms-deluxe.com -, also made with CE4 pages.
My idea is to set up a second publisher instance in my LR Catalogue to publish and manage my galleries here as well as on my main site.

Both sites are sitting on the same level of my server.
The publisher does not get access to my photograms site, when i´m testing the authentication, i receive this error code:
The authentication check was NOT successful.  Please check the URL and API Key.

although the access code (API) is the same on both websites.

Maybe anybody has been facing the same problem and has an idea how to solve it.

Thanx 1000 times!

Hi,

i want to use two different localizations (english and german) in my cart to serve different groups of clients.
Does anybody have an idea how this could work? Or do i have to set up a second cart?
Thanks for all tipps and your advice!!

#5 Re: CE4 Cart » PayPal and guest checkout... » 2014-11-09 09:01:24

`Same question showing up to me today. It´s a pity. All the time, the credit card paying option was available to everyone, no need to have a PP account. Now, customers either need to have one and log in to proceed, ore they must set up a new one to do so.

Anybody got an idea for better solutions?

#6 Re: CE4 Publisher » Problems with Publisher Authentication » 2014-10-15 06:24:33

Thank you very much Rod!

As i said, i did the settings for the API Key in the publisher admin settings in the backend as well as in the LR publishing manager.
The API Key is both the same as well as in the CE3 Publisher.

The CE3 Publisher is working properly with the same API Key.

The CE4 Publisher is installed in the LR Plugin Manager and active. There is a also sitting a CE4 Gallery in the templates folder. And all the CE4 Plugins - Pages, Gallery, Autoindex, Cart - are up-to-date with the latest version. But i always receive this Error Code:
Error performing function. (Code: 500) if i try to check the Autentification in the LR publishing manager. So i am not able to do anything with the Ce4 Publisher.

This is my Website: http://schmidt-photo.com

The Browser is Safari Version 7.0.5

Hi,

i did all the settings for the API Key in the publisher admin settings in the backend as well as in the LR publishing manager correctly. The API Key is both the same.

But when i check the Authentication in the LR Pulishing Manager i receive this Error Message: Error performing function. (Code: 500).

So the publisher doesn´t work...

Does anybody know, where the bug could be hidden?

Thanx a lot for your help!

Bernhard
