#1 CE4 Client Response Gallery » Trying to get new CE4 Client Response Gallery to send me email » 2015-04-07 12:26:35

I just purchased and loaded the CE4 Client Response Gallery (CRG) and loaded the engine into Lightroom and put the TTG-Be on my server with the crg folder inside.  I use CE3 all the time to create individual galleries (I haven't used the Auto Index with this), and just use the export feature on Lightroom to upload them.

I set up the new CE4 (not using the Auto Index feature), as that was what I was used to.  I exported the gallery as usual to my server.  Went to test the gallery to make sure it worked and emailed me with selections, no luck.  I then updated the TTG-Be info on the admin section (using smtp, as I use regular smtp/pop email), and re-uploaded the gallery.  Again, no luck.

I have been working on setting this template now for hours, and am just at wits end.  Do I need to buy Publisher to make this work?  How can I get this gallery to email me with client selections?  Am I missing something in the customizations in Lightroom?

Also, on another note, it's super frustrating that the cell numbers and feedback icon are in the exact same spot on the proofing gallery.  The Feedback icon completely obscures the number.  I was hoping to have the numbers visible, so clients could keep a record of their selections, since the plugin doesn't seem to allow for file names to show, but there seems to be no way to change this.

Hi Rod- I just saw your post after I had done more research.  Thanks- I just enabled that too!

Never mind- figured it out!  I followed the instructions here, and put the engine inside the Web Galleries folder instead of Develop Presets

How do you install TTG engines on a Mac running Mavericks?  They don't seem to have a library folder anymore.  Thanks!
