Following the step-by-step outlined in TTG documentation, a user would:

1. Install TTG-BE.
2. Install the CE4 Publisher online component.

Next, you should create a template using CE4 Gallery.

Is this template a file or a folder? At what point should users install the CE4 Gallery web engine. No instructions are given here or in the documentation on the CE4 Gallery.

Reinstalling the updated web engines seems to have fixed the problem.

Have been uploading with Cyberduck to Blue Host with almost no problems. Installed updated web publishing bundle today. Now upload stalls almost immediately with about.php file, and process times out. Restarting Lightroom, restarting iMac have not changed the result -- stall and time out.
